Ferrum Mail is a transactional and personal email service providing email sending, receiving, and management through web, desktop, and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
Send malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Service Plans and Billing

Free accounts are subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your emails and account data to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

Ferrum Mail, its logos, and related marks are trademarks of AutomataNexus LLC. You retain ownership of content you send or store through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOMATANEXUS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any reason with 30 days notice. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
